A lot of our leadership learning comes as we work in pairs. The more eyes we can get on a problem the more we all learn how to solve the next one.
Our ‘customers’ are not just kids and guys. We have many ladies come in to work on bikes, too. They love it and take great pride in learning new skills.
Every bike we rehabilitate and give a new life goes through a rigorous final check and then taken for a test ride to make sure it is safe. Here Eric is testing out a lovely cruiser, albeit a bit small for him.
